My neighbor was “misdelivered” my original order by the USPS, and Matt offered right away to replace the coin at no charge. He didn’t ask me for the proof of misdelivery, or give me any pushback. I went through the proof of misdelivery process anyway, and I was exactly not at all surprised that I likely won’t get a resolution from USPS anytime soon. The coin arrived today, and it looks absolutely stunning! Thank you, Matt!
